This webinar is open to all audiences (state, county, tribal, and territorial) including staff providing direct support to families and those who supervise those staff.  As well, administrators and managers responsible for diligent recruitment development and implementation who shape customer service models through policy may be interested.

The webinar may also be applicable to private agencies and nonprofit organizations that partner with child welfare systems on diligent recruitment work.
