Beth Tarver has nearly three decades of experience working in the child welfare system. Throughout her career, she has served in a wide range of roles including screener, adoption case manager, resource family trainer, home study writer, facilitator, supervisor, subsidy and adoption registry program manager, and assistant division director. Beth is a graduate of the first cohort of the AdoptUSKids Professional Leadership Development Program and served as a mentor in the 2021 cohort.
Beth is also pursuing her doctorate in social work with a concentration in human rights leadership. She is a dedicated professional who brings deep commitment and insight to improving outcomes for children and families involved in the child welfare system. Her work reflects a strong belief in the importance of responsive practice, inclusive engagement, and strengthening support for caregivers and youth.
