Kin-finding toolkit

This toolkit is designed to help child welfare agencies identify and connect children in care with their extended family members or other trusted adults. It includes over twenty promising practices from more than thirty-five child welfare agencies across the United States. These practices aim to increase kin placement rates and provide real-world tools like sample policies and forms. The toolkit highlights the crucial role of keeping children connected with supportive adults to boost their resilience and overall well-being.
